Chablis
This premier cru Chablis is made in a rich, round style, with notes of ripe yellow orchard and stone fruit, toasted hazelnut and almond, and brioche. The wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts, in a combination of stainless steel vats and barrel, then underwent malolactic conversion, followed by assemblage after 8 to 10 months.
Pair it with poultry, pork, and richer fish preparations.
